Most of out products are shipped to you directly from our beautiful brands, using track and trace delivery.
Our brands usually dispatch items within 1-2 days of your order and shipping can take between 3-10 days depending on where you and the brand are based. Click here for more details.
If you have purchased multiple items from different brands in the one transaction, please be aware that each item will be sent separately.

We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

Sale & Lucky Dip No returns on sale or Lucky Dip items (including flash/limited time promotions). For returns of store/pop-up orders, please keep your invoice or receipt for proof of purchase. We are unable to offer a return on items without a proof of purchase.
Earrings For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
Most of the products on our site are sent directly from our beautiful brands from all around the world. Should you order a product that ships to you from another country, your order may be subject to Tax and/or Import Duties. These taxes are the result of international trade agreements between countries - of which we have no control over. If you order an item that ships to you from within your own country, there will be no additional taxes, duties or fees upon receipt of your goods.
As the customer, you are responsible for paying any tax and duties that apply in your region. These will be charged and payable through the courier. Please note, you will be required to pay any relevant Tax & Duties before your order will be released to you.
Unfortunately, if you fail to pay the charges and the parcel is returned to sender, we will not be able to refund your original shipping costs, although we will refund the cost of the returned item once it has been received by the brand.
