Shipping and Returns


Mischka Boutique uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders.  
Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and received. Orders are dispatched by the next working day provided the products are in stock. Please note that during peak times such as Mother's Day, Christmas etc, dispatch may take 2-3 days. In the unlikey event of further delays we will contact you to advise of the expected dispatch time.
Standard Worldwide Shipping is FREE
- A flat fee of $10.00 is charged for Express Post Australia 
- A flat fee of $25.00 is charged for International Express Post Shipping 
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia. We will contact you immediately should an additional postage charge be required.

Also, please be aware that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information.


We have chosen Better Packaging Co. comPOST Packs and ØPACKS to ship out your delivery. 

comPOST Packs are Bio-based ie. partly made from plants. These packs feel and behave exactly like plastic, except when disposed of Biodegradable with no toxic residues (or micro-plastics!), and compostable at home. Re-use them or compost them, the choice is yours!

ØPACKS are more rigid than the comPost Packs and start off life as limestone off-cuts from the building industry which were bound for landfill. These offcuts are rescued and turned into packaging. These packs can be recycled in with other soft plastics, or if they if one doesn’t make it into the recycling stream and ends up in nature, it will revert back to calcium carbonate (a substance commonly found in nature). Re-use these packs or place them in your plastic recycling, the choice is yours

We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.

Sale  No returns on sale items (including flash/limited time promotions). For returns of store/pop-up orders, please keep your invoice or receipt for proof of purchase. We are unable to offer a return on items without a proof of purchase.

Earrings For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
